Threshold Management LLC (“Threshold Management”), the owner of this website, operates as a “team” under Sunland Real Estate LLC (“Sunland”), a licensed broker, in the State of Florida. Threshold Management’s members are licensed sales associates (as independent contractors) of Sunland. To the extent required by law, Threshold Management’s property management and other real estate services are provided under the supervision of Sunland and Threshold Management will be construed to be an agent of Sunland. Property management agreements and other real estate contracts shall be signed by Sunland as the broker and name Threshold Management as the qualified subagent for performing property management services under Sunland’s supervision.

From time to time, Threshold Management will operate under the brand “Threshold” for advertising and marketing purposes
