Management: 7–10% of collected rent depending on property type and size. No management fee while vacant.

Renewals: $250 flat renewal fee (includes inspection, rental review, and lease execution).

We keep overhead low by automating repetitive tasks — accounting, maintenance tracking, and communication — while staying fully local and available 24/7 for owners and residents.
